ALBANNA MARTIAL ARTS CENTER RULES
CLOTHING: Please note that you are not permitted to work out in the center unless you are wearing the appropriate uniform during all training sessions. Do not wear accessories during the training.
FOOTWEAR: No shoes are allowed to be worn on the mats unless the instructor specifically requests otherwise.
BAGS: AMAC can’t take any responsibility for the security of your belongings and bags. Students are responsible for their protections and should not keep them in the center under any circumstances.
FOOD AND DRINKS: Drinking water is available in the center. All kind of food, cups, cans or glass bottles should not be brought into the training area. Use plastic drinking bottles only with secure tops to guard against spillage over the mats. Do not chew gum while training.
PROTECTION GEARS: Protection gear is mandatory and players must bring them to every class.
THE CLUB: AMAC members are not allowed to use any other facilities of Manama Club at any time.
TOILETS: Please keep the toilets tidy and clean at all time and dispose of rubbish in the waste bins provided.
BELT PROMOTION TESTS: Belt tests are mandatory for continuing in our program and test dates are set by the Master. Test fees must be paid within one week before the test dates.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AMAC terms and conditions exist to facilitate the smooth running of the training classes in accordance with the rules. They help to provide a safe and pleasant environment within the centre for both members and staff.
PLEASE READ THESE CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU AGREE TO JOIN. IT IS A CONDITION OF MEMBERSHIP THAT YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEIR TERMS.
- Memberships are strictly non transferable and non refundable in any case.
- Fees and item prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
- Applicants for membership below 16 years old should have parent's approval prior to joining.
- Payment must be made in the first week of each month.
- Parents must pick up their children on time, if in any case you would be late please call us.
- Schedule is subject to change according to management decision.
-The center’s official communication of circulars and announcements with the parents is through mobile messages according to the contact numbers mentioned in the registration forms.
-If under any circumstances the management had to change the training schedule there will be no refund.
- The center holidays are complying with the government public holidays. No class will be compensated in case of public holidays.
- Those members who join us through the promotion offers should be aware that the offer is valid only for the
duration set and after the period is done, then the membership fees go back to the normal fees.
- AMAC has the full right to publish and post all it members picture and videos during training sessions in its social medial channels without the permission of the member.
- Parents and Guardians are not allowed to stay inside the center during training sessions.
ALBANNA MARTIAL ARTS CENTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RESCIND MEMBERSHIP UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
- Offences within the AMAC staff and/or to members result in prosecution by law.
- Serious failure to respect the membership rights of other members, vandalism of any of AMAC property. - Willful failure to adhere to the center terms and conditions and rules.
- Refusal to comply with payments and membership policy.
-The management reserves the right to refuse admission without a given reason.
